Joshua and Hendrik visited the Train and Communications Museum today. It shows the history of trains and communication in Germany. It includes King Ludwig II's train. I would've thought he would want it a little less ostentatious so he wouldn't be such an easy target! And we saw Hitler's train with the swastikas obviously covered. It is forbidden to have swatiskas displayed. Very interesting information... too much information. It showed all kinds of trains and the communication history... from phones to t.v.´s to postal service,, etc. Anything communication. What was really nice about it is that everything worked. If it was supposed to deliver mail in a tube, it worked. If it was supposed to allow you to use stamps, there was stamps, ink and paper. I was impressed with how well everything worked for kids playing with it. There was even an area where you spoke as a reporter and could email yourself the file.
Just a little friendly gnome
